Amanda was incredible. She had an inside scoop on the house we ended up purchasing before it went on the market. We did not know Amanda before this process, but we got connected through friends. Having the inside scoop allowed us to get our things in order before seeing the house. She was amazing through the offer, negotiations, and sale. The day before closing we found water in the basement and it was her ripping back carpet and bringing in fans and dehumidifiers to get ahead of the problem. Even after closing she was checking in and bringing food (since we got even more water due to historic flooding.) Not many realtors are that supportive after the sale. She was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough! An absolute (knowledgeable and tough) gem!
